Yunnanguide (yunlu-consulting Kunming Ltd) works with authors of travel guides and books about chinese culture, managers of guesthouses and travel agencies, expatriate and local tourist guides, researchers, hikers, photographers as well as other men and women from China and abroad with various professions and activities, who share a common passion for a vast geographical and cultural area whose centre of gravity would be the chinese province of Yunnan.

We are two French guys who have been living in Kunming for several years.
Ivan is a graduate from the University of Kunming who is fluent in Chinese, English, Russian and French. As a specialist of Chinese culture who is passionate about this region, he aims to share with you his enthusiasm for the area.
Pierre has almost 20 years of experience as a guide and travel agency manager. Whatever your request he’s always available to make it a reality. His sole objective is to help you discover the real Yunnan.
As friends, we have combined our skills and abilities to bring you à la carte tours which differ from conventional and mass tourism.
We are therefore proud to offer tailor-made itineraries focusing on the wealth of cultural, geographical and ethnical discoveries to be found in the Chinese province of Yunnan and its neighbouring regions.
We create and organise these itineraries in collaboration with our Chinese partners.
The goal of this network is to promote the discovery of attractive areas, offering a diversity of ethnic groups and landscapes which may have no equivalent at the dawn of the 21st century.
