Hong Kong used to be an interesting stop on the way to mainland China for travellers applying for long time multiple entry visa, but regulation has changed several times last year and, til now, it’s no more possible to get multiple entry and 6 months visa unless you live in Hong Kong ( with HK ID card) and can prove you’ve already been to mainland China.
As prices are quiet different according to your nationality and the rules subjetc to new changes, it’s better to get detailed and updated information from one of the many local travel agencies which provide visa service.
Among them, Japan Travel Agency in Tsim Sha Tsui area is trustworthy (but it’s not the only one!)
